Air purifier


It won't power on

It may not work normally in the following cases:

1.Please check the outlet you are using.
Plug in other electronic products to see if they are powered, and if they are working normally, unplug the power cord of the purifier and plug it back in after 1 minute to reset it.

2.Please check the power of the purifier.
Press the power button to make sure the purifier is powered on.

3.If the product has been moved, please check the power cord
(it may be slightly disconnected, please reattach it once more)
*The power cord is designed to be disconnected for safety

4.If the filter cover at the rear is disconnected, please reattach the filter cover
.
*If the filter cover is not engaged, the status indicator will show E2 and the product will not work.

Wind strength is low

▶ It may not operate normally in the following cases.

1. the filter's packaging has not been removed
Please remove the protective film of the cypress filter and the packaging plastic of the round filter after initial purchase.

2. the filter is not installed correctly
Please install the filter correctly before using it.

3. the filter has accumulated a lot of dust
A lot of dust on the filter may cause noise. Please use a vacuum cleaner to remove the dust from the filter.

4. If the wind speed setting is set to auto or sleep mode, please change the wind speed setting to manual or cyclone mode.

The dirtiness indicator is still there

▶ It may not work normally in the following cases.

1.If the sensor is blocked by a wall or obstacle
Please use it with a distance of 10cm or more on the back and 20cm or more on the left.

▶ The product may not work properly if:

▶ It may not work normally in the following cases:
*Our purifier is changed to sleep mode by the sensor only when using auto mode.

1.If the surrounding is bright
Please darken the area around the light sensor when operating auto mode.
*If the area around the light sensor is dark after setting to auto mode, it will change to sleep mode after about 10 seconds.

It's noisy

▶ It may not operate normally in the following cases:

1.If you have not removed the packaging of the filter
Please remove the protective film of the cypress filter and the packaging plastic of the circular filter after initial purchase

2.If there is a lot of dust on the filter
If there is a lot of dust on the filter, the noise may become louder. Please use a vacuum cleaner to remove the dust from the filter

3.If the wind speed setting is Auto mode or Cyclone mode
Please set the wind speed setting to 1~3 and use it
*When setting Auto mode, the fan rotation speed is automatically converted according to the air pollution level, but the operating noise may become louder and quieter.

I'm getting a stuck sound

▶ It may not work correctly in the following cases:

1.The product is not leveled
Please use the product on a flat surface
(If the floor is not leveled and tilted, the noise of the fan contacting the internal wall surface may occur due to the inertial force of the rotation trying to maintain the rotation axis)

2.There is a foreign object in the air outlet or filter box
Please check the foreign object and remove it

I smell an odor coming from the air vents

▶ Problems may occur in the following cases

2.If there is a lot of dust on the filter

3.If it has been used in the kitchen or smoking room
The filter has the property of absorbing odors, so it may temporarily absorb odors and smell, but it will gradually decrease.

What is the filter change interval?

The replacement cycle of the HEPA filter is 1 year.
