TROUBLESHOOTING Q&A


Poor flushing

When I flush, I get so much water that my clothes get wet.

▶ It may not work properly if:

1. The water pressure in the toilet is high.
Adjust the water pressure using the valve connected to the water supply hose of the bidet.
(Turn clockwise to adjust the water pressure).


Poor drainage

▶ It may not work normally in the following cases.

1. If the bowl is clogged
Please check if the bowl is clogged by pressing the jet button of the manual flush button
(If it is clogged, water will not flow and bubbles will occur)

2. If the water pressure in the toilet is low
2-1. Adjust the water pressure using the valve connected to the water supply hose of the bidet
(Turn counterclockwise to open the valve completely)
2-2. Remove the pressure reducing valve of the flushing
(Guide to removing the pressure reducing valve)

3. If you are using water in other places
Our bidet is a direct water type and uses the water pressure of your home, and if you use water in other places (washing machine, wash basin, shower), the water pressure may decrease and drainage may not be smooth.

4.If the raw water pressure is low, please check the water pressure in your home

(If the water pressure is less than 1.5kgf/㎠, drainage may not be smooth)
(How to check the minimum required water pressure: Open the water inlet valve all the way and catch water in a secondary bowl for 10 seconds to check the water volume (3.5ℓ))

5. If a double valve is installed, please remove the double valve
and use the valve and water inlet hose of our bidet.


Remote not working

My remote isn't working

▶ It may not work normally in the following cases:

1. If the toilet is not powered on
Please plug in the electronic appliances to check if the power is working normally, then unplug the power cord of the bidet, wait for about 1 minute, and plug in the power cord again to initialize.

2. If the bidet is not powered on
Please check if the POWER LED on the main unit indicator is lit.

3.The remote control's battery is dead
Press the button on the remote control to see if the LED on the remote control lights up.
(If the LED on the remote control is off, replace the battery with a new one)

4. The remote control buttons are malfunctioning
Turn on your phone's camera recording function and point the camera lens at the remote control receiver.
Press the malfunctioning button on the remote control repeatedly while looking at your phone's screen. (If only certain buttons do not light up, the remote control may be malfunctioning).


My remote won't power up

It may not work normally in the following cases.

1. the remote control's batteries are dead
Press the button on the remote control to see if the LED on the remote control lights up.
(If the LED on the remote control is off, replace the batteries with new ones.)

2. the remote control's buttons are malfunctioning
Turn on your phone's camera recording function and point the camera lens at the remote control's receiver.
Press the malfunctioning button on the remote control repeatedly while looking at your phone's screen. (If only certain buttons don't light up, the remote control may be malfunctioning.)


My remote is making a beeping noise and won't work

▶ It may not work normally in the following cases.

1. not detected by the seat sensor
How to check the detection of the seat sensor
Press the nozzle cleaning button to check if the nozzle comes out
(If the nozzle comes out, the nozzle is normal)
After the nozzle comes out, touch your skin to the seat's seat sensor (left thigh area) to check if the nozzle enters

*Our bidet works only when the nozzle is detected by the seat sensor (left thigh area).


Everything else is working fine, just the stop function is not.

▶ It may not work normally in the following cases.

1. remote control button malfunction
With your phone's camera shooting function turned on, point your camera lens at the remote control receiver.
While looking at your phone's screen, press the malfunctioning button on the remote control repeatedly. (If only a specific button does not light up, the remote control may be malfunctioning).


Poor behavior

Bidet won't turn on

▶ It may not work normally in the following cases

1.If the toilet does not have power
Check if the power is on by plugging in an electronic device such as a hair dryer, and if it works normally, unplug the bidet's power cord and plug it back in after 1 minute to reset the bidet

2.If the bidet does not have power
Check if the POWER LED on the main unit is lit.


The toilet seat is not warm

▶ It may not work normally in the following cases.

1.If there is no power in the toilet
Please unplug the bidet's power cord and plug it back in after 1 minute to initialize the bidet

2.If the seat temperature is set to 0,
Please set the seat temperature on the remote control to 1~3 before using it
(Please check the sound (beep) received from the bidet when setting the seat temperature)
(It takes about 5 minutes to warm up the seat. Please use it after about 5 minutes after setting the seat temperature)

3.If it is in sleep mode
If you have set the sleep mode, please turn it off

The seat doesn't stay warm

It may not work normally in the following cases.

1.If you are in sleep mode
If you have set sleep mode, please turn it off

Sheet is always hot, even if you don't set the sheet temperature

▶ It may not work normally in the following cases:

1.If the seat temperature is set to 3 stages
Please set the seat temperature of the remote control to 0~1 stage before using it
(Please check the sound received from the bidet when setting the seat temperature)


Sometimes the breaker falls off

▶ It may not work properly in the following cases:

1The power cord is not plugged in properly
The power plug can also cause problems if it is loosely connected, so please plug it into the outlet securely
(Please use a dedicated AC 220V/60Hz outlet that is grounded)

2. The electrical outlet in the restroom is abnormal
Unplug the bidet cord from the outlet connected to the bidet and plug in an electronic device such as a hair dryer to check if the breaker is lowered
→If the breaker is lowered, contact the management office or electricity company to check the electrical outlet


Drying is not warm

▶ It may not work normally in the following cases:

1.If the toilet is not powered
Check if the power is on by plugging in an electronic device such as a hair dryer, and if it works normally, unplug the bidet's power cord and plug it back in after 1 minute to initialize the bidet

2.If the drying temperature setting is set to 0
Set the drying temperature on the remote control to 1~3 before using
*If the drying temperature is set to 0 or 1, you may feel the drying wind is weak during drying operation.


Sheet is always hot, even if you don't set the sheet temperature

▶ It may not work normally in the following cases:

1.If the seat temperature is set to 3 stages
Please set the seat temperature of the remote control to 0~1 stage before using it
(Please check the sound received from the bidet when setting the seat temperature)


Sometimes auto-flushing doesn't work

▶ It may not work normally in the following cases:

1.If the automatic water lowering setting is OFF,
Please turn on the automatic water lowering function of the remote control.

2..if the seat sensor is not detected
How to check the seat sensor detection
Press the nozzle cleaning button to check if the nozzle comes out (if the nozzle comes out, the nozzle is normal)
After the nozzle comes out, touch your skin to the seat sensor (left thigh) of the seat to check if the nozzle enters

*Our bidet must be detected by the seat sensor (left thigh) to operate the nozzle.


My lights aren't working

▶ The LED mode of our bidet is UV LED for disinfection, not for lighting

It may not work normally in the following cases:

1..if the power of the toilet does not come on
Check if the power comes on by plugging in an electronic device such as a hair dryer, and if it works normally, unplug the power cord of the bidet and plug it back in after 1 minute to initialize the bidet

2.if the power of the bidet does not come on
Check if the POWER LED on the main body indicator is lit

3.If the LED setting is OFF
Please set the LED on the remote control or the control panel to ON and use it
*LED ON: short reception tone, LED OFF: long reception tone

4.If you are sitting down
Our bidet is set so that the LED is ON when not sitting down and the LED is OFF when sitting down.

5..If the brightness of the light has decreased
The diffusion lens may be dislodged due to the impact of the bidet Please check the presence or absence of the diffusion lens on the LED part

If the flushing doesn't stop

▶ It may not work properly if:

1. Foreign objects have entered
Remove the mainstrainer to clean the mesh net

Poor appearance

Cosmetic cracks , scratches

▶ It may not operate normally in the following cases:

1. Cleaning the exterior with cleaning agents (thinner, benzene, lacquer, and toilet cleaner) may cause discoloration or damage.

2. Scratches may occur when cleaning
Please use a soft cloth to clean as there is a risk of damage or scratches.

3. Sitting on the seat cover may cause
damage, and the seat cover may not stand up.


Sheet not self-supporting

It may not work properly if:

1.The gap between the seat cover and the zendai is narrow
Please use an offset plunger to pull forward and reinstall the toilet seat
(If the gap between our bidet and the zendai in your bathroom is narrow, the seat cover of the bidet and the seat may not stand on its own.)


Bidet cover border banding

▶ It may not work normally in the following cases:

1.When the outside temperature is high or low
The border strip of the bidet seat cover may intermittently fall off when the outside temperature is high or low
It is not a defect of the product, but it is caused by the outside temperature, so please push and paste it by hand.


Toilet bowl rust

▶ It may not work normally if:

1.It is not used for a long time
Please remove it with sandpaper or abrasive after flushing with water
If it is not used for a long time, the iron may settle and cause rust.


Urine splatters when you pee while sitting on a seat

It may not work properly if:

1. You are sitting on the outside of the seat
2. You are seated as far inside the bidet as possible


Nozzle operation

Nozzle comes out but no water (low water pressure)

It may not work properly in the following cases:

1If the water inlet valve is not opened all the way (if the water pressure in your home is less than 1kgf/㎠)
Open the valve where the bidet hose is installed all the way
-Check the water pressure in your home. (If the water pressure is less than 1kgf/㎠, less water may be sprayed from the nozzle.)

2.If the nozzle water pressure setting is 1 stage, please use it after adjusting the water pressure on the
remote control

3.If there are foreign objects in the mesh net, please disconnect the water supply hose
and clean the mesh net before using it

4.If the bidet water supply hose is bent or the water supply hose is not assembled well
Check the water supply hose for kinks or bends before use
Disconnect the water supply hose and check the rubber packing of the hose before use

5.If the water pressure is weak when using the flush/bidet function after using the toilet function,
The toilet function is operated at water pressure 1, ignoring the water pressure setting step (it hurts to hit other parts other than the anus with the water pressure setting), and the water pressure fluctuates when reusing the flush/bidet function, so please reset the water pressure.


Nozzle not coming out

▶ It may not work normally in the following cases

1.If water is not supplied to the bidet
Open the valve where the bidet hose is installed as far as possible, unplug the bidet power cord and plug it back in after 1 minute to supply water to the bidet

2.If the remote control has poor reception
Press the light button on the remote control to check if the bidet is working

3.If the seat sensor is not detected
How to check the detection of the seat sensor
Press the nozzle cleaning button to check if the nozzle comes out (if the nozzle comes out, the nozzle is normal)
After the nozzle comes out, touch your skin to the seat sensor (left thigh) on the seat to check if the nozzle enters

Nozzle hot water not coming out

▶ It may not work normally in the following cases:

1If the toilet does not have power
Check if the power is on by plugging in an electronic device such as a hair dryer, and if it works normally, unplug the bidet's power cord and plug it back in after 1 minute to initialize the bidet

2.If the water temperature is set to 0,
Please set the water temperature on the remote control to 1~3 and use it
(It takes about 3~4 minutes to heat up the water, please use it after 3~4 minutes after setting the water temperature)

3.If it is in sleep mode
If you have set the sleep mode, please turn off the sleep mode

I can't get the nozzle to work, only the flush.

▶ It may not work normally in the following cases:

1.If it is not detected by the sitting sensor
How to check the detection of the sitting sensor
Press the nozzle cleaning button to check if the nozzle comes out (if the nozzle comes out, the nozzle is normal)
After the nozzle comes out, touch your skin to the sitting sensor (left thigh) of the seat to check if the nozzle enters

*Our bidet must be detected by the sitting sensor (left thigh) to operate the nozzle.


Leaks

High pressure hose side leak

▶ It may not work properly if:

1.The water supply hose is not connected correctly
2.The valve to which the bidet's water supply hose is connected is turned off, reassemble the bidet and water supply hose, and check for leaks.


Water dripping from the right side of the bidet nozzle

▶ It may not work properly if:

1.The water pressure in your home is more than 6kgf/㎠
If the water pressure in your home is more than 6kgf/㎠, micro-leaks may occur, so please reduce the water pressure to 6kgf/㎠ or less.


Rear leaks when flushing

▶ It may not work properly in the following cases

1.If the water supply hose is not connected correctly
Turn off the valve to which the water supply hose of the bidet is connected, reassemble the bidet and water supply hose, and check for leaks

2.If the bidet is not connected correctly with the appliance
Reassemble the bidet and appliance and check for leaks


Auto open and close

No automatic opening and closing

▶ It may not work properly in the following cases:

1.If the auto open/close setting is OFF, please set the auto open/close setting of the
remote control to ON before using it.
(If the auto open/close setting is ON, only the seat cover will open/close when a person or object is detected in front of the bidet, and it will close automatically after about 90 seconds if no person is present)

2.Open both the seat and seat cover, unplug the bidet power cord, and plug it back in after 1 minute to initialize the bidet.


Noise during motorized opening and closing

▶ The bidet may not operate normally in the following cases:

1. If the seat or seat cover is forcibly opened or closed
Open both the seat and seat cover, unplug the bidet power cord, and plug it back in after 1 minute to initialize the bidet
(If the seat or seat cover is forcibly opened or closed without using the buttons on the remote control, the automatic opening and closing may not operate normally.

2. If the seat and seat cover are interfered with by other objects
The bidet may malfunction when interfered with by other objects. Please remove the interfering object, then open both the seat and seat cover, unplug the bidet power cord, and plug it back in after 1 minute to initialize the bidet.


When I press the open/close button on a sheet, it doesn't go up and closes.

▶ The bidet may not operate normally in the following cases:

1. If the seat or seat cover is forcibly opened or closed
Open both the seat and seat cover, unplug the bidet power cord, and plug it back in after 1 minute to initialize the bidet
(If the seat or seat cover is forcibly opened or closed without using the buttons on the remote control, the automatic opening and closing may not operate normally.

2. If the seat and seat cover are interfered with by other objects
The bidet may malfunction when interfered with by other objects. Please remove the interfering object, then open both the seat and seat cover, unplug the bidet power cord, and plug it back in after 1 minute to initialize the bidet.


The cover sometimes opened and closed by itself

▶ It may not work normally if:

1.There are moving objects around the bidet
Please remove moving objects near the bidet
(If a moving object is detected after setting the auto open/close, the seat cover will open and close after 90 seconds.)


Noise

My seat makes noise when I sit down

▶ It may not work normally if:

1.Deodorization is activated
For models with deodorization, this is the sound of the deodorization fan running when you are seated.
Deodorization is activated when seated, and runs for 1 minute and stops when released.


After flushing, there is a dripping sound

▶ It may not work properly if:

1.The sound is coming from the front of the bidet
It is the sound of residual water draining for about 30 seconds after the flush operation.

2.The sound is coming from the back of the bidet
It is the sound of residual water overflowing after the flush operation.


Other

No water loss, but it smells bad

▶ It may not work properly if:

1.The plumbing and appliances are not connected
Check the connection of the plumbing, waxing, and drainage of the appliances.
(It may not be installed correctly at the time of installation.)


Bubbles and water gushing out when flushing

▶ It may not work properly if:

1.There are foreign objects inside the bidet
Please do not put foreign objects (wipes, sanitary napkins) inside the bidet and put them in the trash can before using it
Foreign objects cause clogging and poor flushing.


When you sit down, you get electricity

The product may not function properly if:

1.The electrical outlet in the restroom is not grounded
Make sure the electrical outlet connected to the product is grounded
For your safety, be sure to use a drywall outlet with a grounding prong

GUIDE TO CLEARING TANK LEVELS

▶ To remove the residual water in the tank, follow these steps:

1. Remove the residual water in the tank
Lock the water tank and turn off the bidet
Use the lever plate to separate the toilet from the bidet
Tilt the bidet to disconnect the bolt drain of the tank located on the bottom
After the water drains from the tank, engage the bolt drain

*When reusing, open the water tank first to supply water and then connect the power to supply water.

Press the sleep button on the remote control to set the sleep mode.

Press the sleep button on the remote control to set the sleep mode.

▶ It may not work normally in the following cases:

1.If the toilet is not powered
Check if the power is on by plugging in an electronic device such as a hair dryer, and if it works normally, unplug the bidet's power cord and plug it back in after 1 minute to initialize the bidet

2.If the bidet is not powered
Check if the POWER LED on the main unit indicator is on

3.The remote control battery is dead

All other functions work fine, only the stop function does not (only certain buttons do not work)

It may not work properly if:

1.The remote control button is malfunctioning

While looking at your phone's screen, press the malfunctioning button on the remote control repeatedly

2. If the seat temperature is set to 0,

Disconnect the water supply hose and clean the mesh net before use

4. If the bidet water supply hose is bent or the water supply hose is not assembled properly
Check the water supply hose for kinks or bends before use

Nozzle comes out but no water

It may not work properly in the following cases:

The toilet function is operated at water pressure 1, ignoring the water pressure setting step (it hurts to hit other parts other than the anus with the water pressure setting), and the water pressure fluctuates when reusing the flush/bidet function, so please reset the water pressure.


Nozzle out/in

▶ It may not work normally in the following cases:

1.If water is not supplied to the bidet
Open the valve where the bidet hose is installed all the way, unplug the bidet power cord and plug it back in after 1 minute to supply water to the bidet

2.If the remote control or control panel control has poor reception
Press the light button on the remote control or control panel control to check if the bidet is working

3.If the seat sensor is not detected
Press the nozzle cleaning button to check if the nozzle comes out (if the nozzle comes out, the nozzle is normal)
Our bidets must be detected by the seat sensor (left thigh) to operate the nozzle.


Nozzle no hot water (water is not warm)

▶ It may not work normally in the following cases:

1If the toilet does not have power
Check if the power is on by plugging in an electronic device such as a hair dryer, and if it works normally, unplug the bidet's power cord and plug it back in after 1 minute to initialize the bidet

If the water temperature is set to 0, please set the water temperature to 1~3 on the remote control or control panel and use it

1.The water supply hose is not connected correctly

GUIDE TO CLEARING TANK LEVELS

To remove the remaining water in the tank, follow the steps below:

1. Remove the remaining water in the tank
Lock the water tank and turn off the bidet
Use the lever plate to separate the toilet and bidet
Tilt the bidet to disconnect the bolt drain of the tank located on the bottom
After the water drains from the tank, engage the bolt drain

The dryer may not operate normally if:

If the air temperature is COOL, touch the air temperature button on the control panel
to change COOL to WARM
(When using COOL, the thermometer on the control panel will show a white LED, and when using WARM, the thermometer on the control panel will show a red LED)

2. If the air outlet on the footrest is blocked, remove the foreign objects and dust from the air outlet
3. If the air inlet on the back is blocked, remove the foreign objects and dust from the air inlet


The wind is low

▶ It may not operate normally in the following cases:

1If the wind strength is LOW, touch the wind strength button on the control panel
to change LOW to HIGH
(When using LOW, the wind shape on the control panel does not light up, and when using HIGH, the wind shape on the control panel lights up with a white LED)

2. If the air outlet of the footrest is blocked
Remove foreign objects and dust from the air outlet

3.When used by a child (10~20kg)
Touch the wind strength button on the control panel to change LOW to HIGH

4.When the rear air intake is blocked

▶ It may not work normally in the following cases

1.If the wind type setting is different
Touch the wind type button on the control panel to use the wind type you want
(When using FOOT, the human figure on the control panel is not lit, and when using BODY, the human figure on the control panel is lit with a white LED)

2.If the air outlet of the footrest is blocked

The scale isn't working / The scale isn't right

▶ It may not work properly if:

1.If the dryer is not leveled
Please level the dryer
(Using it on a cushioned base such as a carpet may cause errors in weight measurement.)

2.If used by a child (under 10kg)
Our dryer can operate from 10kg, so it cannot detect the weight of children under 10kg

3.If the unit setting is not correct
Please change the weight unit
Touch the SCALE button for more than 3 seconds to change the unit of the scale (kg, lb)


The controls are flashing

▶ It may not work normally if:

1.The display shows E01
This is a symptom of water leakage. Please tilt the product to release the water inside before using it
(The dryer is an electronic product that uses electricity. Even if you spray water, it does not easily enter the inside, but if you spray from multiple directions, water may penetrate through the inlet and air outlet, so please refrain from cleaning with water)

2.If E02 is displayed on the display
This is a symptom that appears when the temperature sensor is defective. Please contact the A/S center (related to ambient temperature

3.If C01 is displayed on the display
This is a symptom that appears when a weight of 220kg is detected. The allowable load of our dryer is 10~220kg.

1.When used for the first time
The odor is caused by the initial heating of the product.

1.Turn off the power and remove the cypress filter with the hook
2.Use a screwdriver to remove the screws of the safety net

4.Remove the cover of the blower fan

6.Insert the diffuser into the blower fan and combine the cover
7.Use a screwdriver to combine the screws of the safety net
8.Assemble the cypress filter according to the appearance


What is the filter change interval?

The replacement cycle of the HEPA filter is 1 year.
The screen displays the remaining HEPA filter replacement cycle for 5 seconds after power on.
