Foot & Body Dryer


It won't power on

The dryer may not operate normally if:

1If the outlet you are using is not powered
Please plug in other electronics to check if they are powered and if they are working normally, please unplug the power cord of the dryer and plug it back in after 1 minute to reset the dryer

2. If the dryer is not powered
Please press the power button to check if the dryer is powered

3.If the dryer does not work, please stand on the footrest
Our dryer will automatically operate when it detects a weight of 10kg or more.
(For children under 10kg, please operate in manual mode (manual mode: touch the power button for more than 3 seconds without standing)

4.If a child (under 10kg) uses the dryer, please operate in manual mode
(manual mode: touch the power button for more than 3 seconds without standing)

My scale isn't working

▶ It may not work normally in the following cases.

1. if the dryer is not leveled
Please level the dryer.
(Using it on a cushioned base such as a carpet may cause weight measurement errors.)

2. if it is used by a child (under 10kg)
Our dryer can operate from 10kg, so it cannot detect the weight of children under 10kg.

3.. if the unit setting is not correct
Please change the weight unit.
The SCALE button will change the unit when touched for more than 3 seconds. (kg, lb)

If the above method does not work, please report it to our chatbot.

It's noisy



▶ It may not work normally in the following cases:

1. If the wind intensity is HIGH, please touch the wind intensity button on the control panel
to change HIGH to LOW.

2. If the air outlet on the footrest is blocked, please remove foreign objects and dust from the air outlet
3. If the air inlet on the back is blocked, please remove foreign objects and dust from the air inlet
4. If the air outlet on the back is blocked, please remove foreign objects and dust from the air inlet

If the above methods do not work, please contact our chatbot.

It smells when I use it

▶ It may not work normally in the following cases:

1. When used for the first time,
The odor is caused by the product's initial heater heating.
(It will gradually decrease after use.)

2. When the rear inlet is blocked,
Please remove foreign objects and dust from the inlet.

3.If the air outlet of the footrest is blocked,
Please remove foreign objects and dust from the air outlet.

4.If used in a place where smoke or odor occurs,
Please ventilate the surroundings and use it again.
