VOVO TERMS OF USE

Article 1 [Purpose]
The purpose of these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") is to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the "Site" and the "User" in using the Internet-related "Service" (hereinafter referred to as "Service") provided by the homepage (hereinafter referred to as "Site") operated by VOVO Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Company").

The rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the Site other than those set forth in these Terms shall be governed by the Telecommunications Business Act and other relevant laws and customs of the Republic of Korea.

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL ALSO APPLY TO E-COMMERCE TRANSACTIONS USING PC COMMUNICATION, WIRELESS, ETC. UNLESS CONTRARY TO THEIR NATURE.

Article 2 [Definitions]
(1) 'Site' refers to a virtual business location established by the Company using information and communication facilities such as computers to provide 'Services' to users, and is also used in the sense of a business operator who operates it.
(2) 'Member' refers to a person who accesses the 'Site' and subscribes to the 'Site' as a 'Member' in accordance with these Terms and Conditions to receive the 'Services' provided by the 'Site'.
(3) 'Non-Member' refers to a person who uses the 'Service' without registering as a 'Member'.
(4) 'User' refers to members and non-members who access the 'Site'.
(5) 'Service' means the proposed service available to 'Users' through the 'Site'.

Article 3 [Statement and Revision of Terms]
(1) These Terms and Conditions shall be posted on the initial screen of the 'Site' so that users can easily recognize them, and the contents of the Terms and Conditions may be viewed by users through the connection screen.
(2) These Terms and Conditions may be amended to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Basic Act on Electronic Commerce, the Electronic Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, the Act on Door-to-Door Sales, and the Consumer Protection Act.
(3) If the Terms are revised, the effective date and reason for revision shall be specified and posted on the initial screen of the 'Site' along with the current Terms from 7 days prior to the effective date to the day before the effective date.
However, if the contents of the terms and conditions are changed to the disadvantage of the user, it will be notified with a grace period of at least 30 days.
In this case, the 'Site' will clearly compare the contents before the revision and the contents after the revision to make it easy for users to understand.
(4) If the 'Member' does not agree to the revised Terms, he/she may request withdrawal (termination) of the 'Membership', and if the 'User' uses the 'Service' after the effective date in accordance with the preceding paragraph, he/she shall be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
(5) Matters not stipulated in these Terms and the interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the Electronic Transaction Consumer Protection Guidelines and related laws and regulations established by the government.

Chapter 2 Registering and Unregistering as a Member
Article 4 ['Member' Registration]
(1) A user applies to become a 'Member' by filling in the 'Member Information' according to the registration form prescribed by the 'Site' and indicating that he/she agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
(2) The 'Site' shall register users who apply to become a 'Member' as described in Paragraph (1) as 'Members' unless they fall under any of the following items.

(1) If the applicant has previously lost the status of 'Member' pursuant to Article 10.4 of these Terms and Conditions, except in the event that three years have passed since the loss of 'Member' status pursuant to Article 10.4 and the applicant has obtained the approval of the 'Site' to rejoin the 'Member'.
If there are any falsehoods, omissions, or errors in the registration contents
If registration as a 'Member' is deemed to significantly interfere with the technical operation of the 'Site'.

(3) The time of establishment of the 'Member' subscription contract shall be the time when the consent of the 'Site' reaches the 'Member'.

Article 5 [Change of 'Member' information].
(1) 'Members' can view and modify their personal information at any time through the personal information management screen.
However, the real name, resident registration number, ID, etc. required for the management of the'Service' cannot be modified.
(2) The'Member' shall immediately correct the changes in the contents of the membership information if any changes occur.
(3) The 'Company' shall not be liable for any disadvantages caused by not notifying the 'Company' of the changes in Paragraph 2.

Article 6 ['Member' withdrawal]
(1) A 'Member' may request to withdraw from the 'Site' at any time, and the 'Site' will immediately process the withdrawal of the 'Member'.
The 'Member' must make a request for withdrawal from the 'Site' by himself/herself in accordance with the method prescribed by the 'Site'.
(2) If a 'Member' withdraws from the 'Site', all data of the 'Member' will be destroyed immediately after the 'Member' withdraws from the 'Site', except that the 'Company' retains the necessary member information in accordance with relevant laws and personal information handling directions.
(3) Posts that are reposted or registered on public bulletin boards by others such as spreading, clipping, etc. will not be deleted, so please delete them in advance and withdraw.

Article 7 [Notices to 'Members'].
(1) When the 'Site' makes a notice to a 'Member', it may be made to the e-mail address designated by the 'Member', an e-mail message in the 'Service', etc. unless otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions.
(2) In the case of notices to an unspecified number of 'Members', the 'Site' may substitute individual notices by posting them on a bulletin board for more than one week.

Article 8 ['Member's' Personal Information Protection].
(1) The 'Site' endeavors to protect the personal information of users, including user registration information, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. The personal information of users shall be protected in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations and the 'Privacy Policy' established by the 'Company'.

Chapter 3 Provision and Use of the Services
Article 9 [Provision and Discontinuance of the 'Service'].
(1) In principle, the 'Service' is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
(2) The 'Site' may temporarily suspend the provision of the 'Service' in the event of maintenance, inspection, replacement, or breakdown of information and communication facilities such as computers, interruption of communication, or substantial reasons for operation. In this case, the'Site' shall notify the'Member' in the manner prescribed in Article 7.
However, if there is an unavoidable reason that the'Company' cannot notify in advance, it may notify afterward.
(3) The'Company' may conduct regular inspections if necessary for the provision of the'Service', and the time of regular inspection shall be as announced on the'Service' provision screen.
(4) The 'Site' may change all or part of the 'Services' provided for operational and technical needs if there is a substantial reason.
(5) The 'Site' may modify, suspend, or change some or all of the 'Services' provided free of charge for the needs of the company's policies and operations, and no separate compensation shall be paid to the 'Member' for this unless otherwise provided by relevant laws.

Article 10 [Restriction of Use]
(1) If a 'Member' violates the obligations of these Terms and Conditions or interferes with the normal operation of the 'Site', the use of the 'Service' may be restricted in stages by warning, suspension, loss of membership, etc.
(2) If any of the following reasons apply, we may immediately warn or suspend the 'Member' status.

(1) Registering false information when applying for membership
(2) Threatening the order of electronic transactions by interfering with the use of the Site by others or stealing their information.
③ Using the 'Site' to engage in acts prohibited by laws and regulations, these Terms and Conditions, or contrary to public order and morals.
④ Interfering with the sound operation of the 'Site' or interfering with the business of the 'Site' by any of the following acts.

(3) After the 'Site' takes sanctions under Paragraph 2, the 'Site' may disqualify a 'Member' if the same behavior is repeated more than once or if the reason is not corrected within 30 days.
(4) If the 'Site' disqualifies a 'Member', the 'Member' registration will be expunged and rejoining will be permanently denied.
In this case, the 'Member' will be notified and given a period of at least 30 days to be heard before the 'Member' registration is expunged.
(5) The 'Site' is subject to the restrictions on use within the scope of this Article, and the conditions and details of the restrictions shall be set forth in the operating policies for individual 'Services'.

Article 11 [Provision of Information and Placement of Advertisements]
(1) The 'Site' may provide various information deemed necessary for the 'Member' to use the 'Service' to the 'Member' by means of announcements or e-mails. However, the 'Member' may refuse to receive e-mails at any time, except for transaction-related information and responses to customer inquiries in accordance with relevant laws.
(2) The 'Site' may post advertisements on the 'Service' screen, homepage, e-mail, etc. in connection with the operation of the 'Service'.
Members who receive e-mails, etc. containing advertisements may unsubscribe from the 'Site'.

Article 12 [Copyright of Postings]
(1) For the purpose of operating, displaying, transmitting, distributing, and promoting the 'Service', the 'Site' may use the posts registered by the 'Member' without separate permission from the 'Member', free of charge, and within a reasonable range consistent with fair practices prescribed by the Copyright Act, as follows. However, the right of such use shall survive even after the withdrawal or expulsion of the 'User' as long as the 'Company' operates the 'Site'.
(2) The 'Site' may post advertisements on the 'Service' screen, homepage, e-mail, etc. in connection with the operation of the 'Service'.
A 'Member' who receives an e-mail containing an advertisement may unsubscribe from the 'Site'.

Article 12 [Copyright of Postings]
1) For the purpose of operating, displaying, transmitting, distributing, and promoting the 'Service', the 'Site' may use the posts registered by the 'Member' without separate permission from the 'Member', free of charge, and within a reasonable range consistent with fair practices prescribed by the Copyright Act, as follows. However, the right of such use shall survive even after the withdrawal or expulsion of the 'User' as long as the 'Company' operates the 'Site'.

Reproduce, modify, adapt, display, transmit, distribute, and create editorial works of Member's posts within the Service, as long as they do not impair the copyrighted material.
Providing, displaying, or promoting the contents of the Member's postings to the Service's partners such as media and telecommunications companies.
However, in this case, the 'Site' will not provide the 'Member's personal information other than the 'Member's user ID without separate consent.

(2) 'Members' may not commercially use materials posted on the 'Service', such as arbitrarily processing or selling information obtained by using this 'Service'. In addition, it is prohibited for posts to be used or quoted by others on other 'Sites' without the permission of the Site.
(3) The 'Site' is not responsible for the accuracy and reliability of the contents posted, posted, or e-mailed by the 'Member' through this 'Service', and the 'Member' shall bear all civil and criminal liability arising from the 'Member's' postings.

Article 13 [Management of Postings]
(1) If a 'Member's' post contains content that violates relevant laws such as the 'Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection' and the 'Copyright Act', the right holder may request the suspension and deletion of such 'post' in accordance with the procedures prescribed by relevant laws, and the 'Site' shall take measures in accordance with relevant laws.
(2) If the contents of a 'Member's' public postings fall under any of the following cases, they may be deleted without prior notice, and the 'Member's' membership may be restricted, suspended, or lost.

(1) Content that slanders other 'Members' or others, invades their privacy, or damages their reputation through slander.
If it interferes with or is likely to interfere with the stable operation of the 'Service'
If the content is recognized to be related to criminal behavior
④ If the content infringes on the Company's intellectual property rights, other rights such as the intellectual property rights of others, etc.
If the posting period stipulated by the company is exceeded
⑥ If it is deemed to violate other relevant laws and regulations.

Article 14 [Attribution of Rights]
(1) Copyright and intellectual property rights in the 'Service' belong to the 'Company'.
However, 'Posts' of 'Members' and works provided under the partnership agreement are excluded.
(2) The 'Site' grants the 'Member' only the right to use the ID, content, mileage (points), etc. in accordance with the terms of use set by the 'Site' in relation to the 'Service', and the 'Member' may not transfer, sell, pledge, or otherwise dispose of it.

Chapter 4 Obligations of the Contracting Parties
Article 15 [Obligations of the 'Site']
(1) The 'Site' shall not engage in any acts prohibited by laws and regulations or contrary to public order and morals, and shall do its best to provide the 'Service' continuously and stably in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
(2) The 'Site' shall have a security system to protect users' personal information (including credit information) so that users can use the Internet 'Service' safely, and shall disclose and comply with the privacy policy.
(3) The 'Company' shall handle opinions or complaints raised by 'Members' in connection with the use of the 'Service' if it recognizes that they are justified. The 'Company' shall be responsible for compensating for any damages.

Article 16 ['Member's' Obligations Regarding ID and Password].
(1) Except in the case of Article 8, the 'Member' shall be responsible for the management of the ID and password.
(2) The 'Member' shall not allow his/her ID and password to be used by a third party.
(3) The 'Company' may restrict the use of the 'Member's' ID if there is a possibility of personal information leakage, or if it is anti-social or against public morals, or if there is a possibility of being mistaken for the 'Company' and the operator of the 'Company'.
(4) If a 'Member' recognizes that his/her ID and password have been stolen or are being used by a third party, he/she shall immediately notify the 'Site' and follow the instructions of the 'Site' if any.
(5) In the case of Paragraph 4, the 'Company' shall not be liable for any disadvantages caused by the 'Member' failing to notify the 'Company' or, if notified, failing to follow the 'Company's' instructions.

Article 17 [Obligations of Users]
(1)A user shall not engage in any of the following acts.

Registration of false information when applying or changing
Misappropriation of other people's information
Changing information posted on the "Site
④ Transmission or posting of information (computer programs, etc.) other than the information prescribed by the 'Site'
Infringement of intellectual property rights such as copyrights of the 'Site' or other third parties
⑥ Damaging the reputation or interfering with the business of the 'Site' or other third parties
⑦ Disclosing or posting information on the 'Site' that is contrary to public order and morals, such as obscene or violent messages, images, voices, or other information.
⑧ The act of using the 'Service' for commercial purposes without the consent of the Company
⑨ Other illegal or unfair behavior

(2) The 'Member' shall comply with the relevant laws, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the usage guide and the precautions to be notified in connection with the 'Service', and the matters notified by the 'Company', and shall not engage in other acts that interfere with the business of the 'Company'.

Article 18 [Dispute Resolution]
(1) The 'Site' establishes and operates a damage compensation mechanism to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and to compensate for the damage.
(2) The 'Site' shall prioritize the handling of complaints and opinions submitted by users.
However, if it is difficult to process quickly, the user will be immediately notified of the reason and processing schedule.
(3) If a user applies for damage relief in connection with a dispute between the'Site' and the user, it may be subject to mediation by the Fair Trade Commission or a dispute mediation organization commissioned by the city governor.
